[DDN] Portable communication command vehcle - Disaster Management

  Dear All,
   
  I am designing a potable emergency response communication terminal (Truck / Van mounted) for deployment at the “Forward Incident Command Post” at the site of incident (during disaster situation). The forward post will enhance or restore communications at the scene within and between operational units. This unit will have facilities for last mile (LAN) as well as WAN communication facilities.
   
  VHF (radio trunking) / UHF (WiFi) communication gears - for last mile
  VSAT – terminal for WAN or backbone connectivity
  Various receivers for receiving cyclone warning as well weather broadcasting 
  Antenna mast (Tubular) with capacity to host multiple antennas
  Diesel Generator
  Backup power
  Facilities for operators / staff
   
  I welcome any input / suggestion or introduction to relevant literature / sites which can be referred to for fine tuning my mission.
