Hi everyone,

It appears that TakingITGlobal may have fixed the
list. No, we haven't been quiet due to a summer
holiday; the list server crashed. Assuming I get this
email back in a timely manner, I'll start dealing with
the other messages in the queue. Sorry for the
molasses.
