[DDN] IE 7 Instructor/Student Curriculum

Does anyone have or know of any curriculum that has been created for the new
IE 7?  I have a module in my adult computer literacy class that looks at IE6
but we have now upgraded to IE 7 and it would be great if someone already
has developed or know where I can get instructors guide to IE 7
